We have undertaken major planning and program review projects for State Government departments and statutory authorities. We have run group mentoring programs as well as preparing large-scale written submissions for both local and state government. This has involved working closely with senior staff and corporate organisations as well as key stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes, refine priorities and set new targets.
We have provided business, professional and personalised mentoring advice to a mixed clientele from those starting or recalibrating their careers to top tier individual professionals and groups within organisations. This has variously involved the provision of planning advice to individuals and small businesses,assistance with organisational design and theexpansion of companies, and the consolidation ofbrands and offerings through the development of business plans.
Our work with local government has involved the management of grass roots projects with local artists through to the development of strategic plans. We have worked with government and private sector organisations across Australia. Our experience of working in our region is extensive and we have delivered projects and provided policy and planning advice in New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
